We offer fresh artisan breads, delectable sourdough, and handcrafted pastries, as well as an array of healthy flours, and much more. We're the neighborhood go-to for a morning start, a quick lunch, or an afternoon treat. Gaston's is more than just a bakery - it's a community staple. Our products are shipped to nearby markets, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
Our bread is naturally leavened and slowly fermented for the best taste and texture. No artificial preservatives, dyes, or sweeteners.
We mill our own flour from local wheat sourced from Idaho and Montana for healthier and more flavorful foods.

Gaston's Bakery has the honor of being a favorite wholesale supplier of baked goods and flour for numerous beloved local establishments. We make daily deliveries to a variety of vendors in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and Star. We also make regular deliveries beyond those boundaries.
Your customers will love our products, skillfully crafted with time-honored techniques. Our bakery uses no preservatives, artificial sweeteners, dyes, or bleaches. Instead, we use flour milled in house from local grain to make an unbeatable finished product.
